City Clerk’s Office Offers Public Meetings on the Web
Videos of public meetings held by the City of Port St. Lucie are not only available on the city’s cable television station, PSL TV20, but are now being offered the city’s web site www.cityofpsl.com.
The Web site archives one year’s worth of City Council and other public meetings. The videos become available shortly after each meeting, and a drop-down menu allows viewers to watch specific portions based on each meeting’s agenda.
Click here for more information on how to locate meeting archives, agendas, minutes, and supporting documents.
Also offered are CRA, Zoning Appeal, Planning and Zoning Board, Special Magistrate, and Contractors’ Examining Board meetings. All archived meetings are easily searchable to locate individual agenda items, enabling residents and people everywhere to view specific agenda items of interest. The system is an integrated program of meeting agendas, minutes and audio/video content.
The program allows residents to watch the meetings if they can’t attend or if they don’t have PSL TV-20. It also allows the public to read the documents related to the agenda items to get a better understanding of each topic.
