50th Anniversary Multi-Cultural Festival and Parade

The week of 50th Anniversary events ended with a bang as a fireworks display wrapped up the Multi-Cultural Street Festival and Parade held at the Civic Center on on Saturday, April 30.

Numerous vendors, sponsors, organizations and residents took part in this wonderful festival to commemorate Port St. Lucie’s Golden Anniversary.

The day included a parade; Walk of Flags; family entertainment; live music; arts and crafts; food representing a wide-variety of cultures; a book signing by Nina Baranski, author of “Port St. Lucie at 50: A City for All People”; special 50th Anniversary cupcakes and much more.
