Spay and neuter program

The Animal Control Division offers free spay/neuter certificates exclusively for residents of the City. To qualify, the animal owner must:

  • Provide proof of residency (e.g., electric or water bill)
  • Provide proof of current rabies vaccination
  • Have a current city license for the animal
  • Compete an application and submit it to the Animal Control Division with the above information

To obtain an application, please visit the Animal Control Division at 1133 S.W. S. Macedo Blvd., Port St. Lucie, FL 34983.

These certificates are distributed on a "first-come, first-served" basis, with a maximum of 10 certificates being distributed per week.
