HOW TO CALCULATE FEES FOR ONE and TWO FAMILY RESIDENCES:
- Enter Living Square Footage and Non-Living Square Footage and press “Calculate” this will give you the Plan Review and Building Fee for your permit
- Square foot calculations will be verified by Plan Review Division.
- Fees may be adjusted in the cases of incorrect square footage on application.
- The adjusted fee shall be paid prior to issuance of permit.
- The new fees shall be based on the current published ICC (International Code Council) Valuation Table calculated by the living and non-living square footage.
- This fee shall include the cost of a/c, electric, plumbing and insulation sub permits pulled under this permit.
