How to calculate fees for one and two family residences:

• Enter living square footage and non-living square footage and press "Calculate." This will give you the Plan Review and Building Fee for your permit.
• Square foot calculations will be verified by Plan Review Division
• Fees may be adjusted in the cases of incorrect square footage on application
• The adjusted fee shall be paid prior to issuance of the permit.
• The new fees shall be based on the current published ICC (International Code Council) valuation table calculated by the living and non-living square footage
• The fee shall include the cost of air conditioning, electric, plumbing and insulation sub permits pulled under this permit
