I was born and raised in Indiana and two of my three children still reside there. My son Darrell, 37, daughter Stacie, 30 and my granddaughter, Emma, 11, call Indiana home. My youngest daughter, Patti, 23, and her husband, Lee, reside in New York.
I was a retail store manager for most of my career until I retired and settled in Port St. Lucie. I spend most of my time here in Florida, unless I am with my husband, Richard, on our cattle farm in Virginia. My stepdaughter, Carla, son-in-law Shawn, and my other granddaughter, Madison, also live in Virginia.
I spend my time in Florida volunteering for several organizations including: Savannah Club Samaritans, Peace Maker Quilters, and the Port St. Lucie Civic Center. I enjoy spending time with my neighbors shopping, dining and quilting.
As my previous work experience was primarily customer-oriented, I feel right at home at the Civic Center Guest Services desk and enjoy the opportunity to volunteer for the Port St. Lucie Civic Center.
