Jacqueline believes in natural and holistic approaches
of diet and exercise to shape a person's body and life.
Understanding the importance of functional training to
maintain and improve daily activities, she is keenly
attuned to the importance of technique and form to ensure
that her programs are effective and safe. She believes in
providing a positive environment to help clients meet their
unique challenges and achieve their personal fitness and
health goals. Jacqueline's training style can best be
described as inspirational, challenging and supportive.
Work experience
Jacqueline has been a Certified Silver Sneakers
Instructor since 2007. She teaches Functional and Strength
Conditioning. As a manager at a local Fitness/Dance studio
in 2008, she studied and instructed various forms of dance
such as Aerial Arts and Vertical Conditioning. Jacqueline
has proudly been a part of the Port Saint Lucie Civic
Center and has continued to teach Functional Training
combined with aerobic and muscle conditioning since
2009.
