Philosophy of health/fitness
Matt's perspective on health and fitness are not
limited to the amount of time spent in the gym, but rather
a lifestyle that someone commits to in order to take care
of his or her body, and maximize the body's potential.
He believes in strengthening all muscles in the body
through weight training to increase muscle tone, shape, and
endurance. Matt's emphasis for his clients is on
helping them to become stronger, more energetic, with better
balance and increased stamina over very short intervals.
He has found that moderate weight training, coupled with a
good stretching routine and a sensible diet, produces the
results that most people are seeking today.
