Wedding receptions, baby and bridal showers, corporate meetings, holiday parties, exhibits of every kind—the endless variety of events that the gorgeous Civic Center can accommodate is limited only by your imagination.
The expansive Emerald Ballroom (13,464 square feet) and impressive Ruby Conference Hall (5,790 square feet) are available for rental in numerous configurations to fit the requirements of your event.
Certified room diagrams
We want to provide meeting planners with the tools to determine the room configuration that will work to your best advantage for your next event or meeting.
MeetingMatrix Certified Room Diagrams® are diagrams of the Civic Center's meeting space that have been certified by MeetingMatrix International to be accurate within ¼ inch. Before you can use these diagrams, you must download a free copy of MeetingMatrix 2007: Silver™ Edition. Once downloaded, you will be able to create your own event setups using our meeting space.
MeetingMatrix 2007: Silver Edition is a version of MeetingMatrix® that is provided free of charge to meeting planners. This software, in combination with our MeetingMatrix Certified Room Diagrams, will allow you to create accurate, detailed event setups using our meeting space.
