Thank you for this opportunity to announce the Grand Opening of the City of Port St. Lucie’s newest facility, the Port St. Lucie Civic Center, located at 9221 S.E. Civic Center Place, Port St. Lucie, FL 34952. This facility is the anchor of our new downtown area -- the Port St. Lucie City Center. As construction remains on schedule at the site, the Civic Center’s Grand Opening is scheduled for December 1, 2008! And what a Grand Opening it is going to be, certain to establish the Civic Center as a powerhouse of cultural, recreational and social renown on the Treasure Coast!

As a showcase for the Treasure Coast, the Civic Center proudly welcomes and invites your organization to become a host for the multitude of events that will showcase musical talent. With your sponsorship, we will offer musical performances during the following events:
▪ Artist Reception: to open each exhibit, an early evening reception will feature light fare, beverages and live music. Showcased in our beautiful 2,000 sq. ft. Art Gallery, exhibitions will be held every six (6) weeks throughout the year offering local and regional artists a professional venue in which to display their artwork. Rotating exhibitions will culturally enhance the Art Gallery and offer visitors a glimpse behind the artists’ new techniques, ideas and the mutually-shared love of arts.
▪ Bach’s Lunch: held throughout the year on a monthly basis, this indoor performance will be held over the lunch hour and promises to be filled with soothing musical rhythms from all genres.
▪ After 5 LIVE!: a monthly concert celebrating the “wind-down” of the week, Florida’s semi-cool breezes and the entertaining melodies of music meandering its way through our open and outdoor stage area during the year.
As a sponsor to each specific event, your organization receives:
1) a live announcement of your company’s sponsorship during the event
2) prominent placement of your logo and sponsorship displayed at the event, listed in the City of Port St. Lucie’s Parks and Recreation Leisure Time magazine and on event advertisements (i.e., postcards, website, event posters, flyers, etc.). For outdoor events, please provide a 3’ x 5’ vinyl banner with company logo.
