Artwork sought for 9/11 Memorial Tribute at PSL Civic Center

9-11 gallery exhibit

The Port St. Lucie Civic Center will be the setting for a moving 9/11 Memorial Tribute that will include a two-week exhibition in the center’s Art Gallery. The tribute will begin with a ceremony on Saturday, Sept. 11 at the Civic Center. The exhibit will be on display until Saturday, Sept. 25.

Organizers of the 9/11 Memorial Tribute are seeking from the public photographs and other artwork related to that fateful day that will be displayed in the Art Gallery during the two-week exhibition.

The ceremony marking the opening of the exhibit will include several speakers and the beautiful music of bagpipes.

Artwork for the Art Gallery exhibit must be submitted by Sept. 9.
