The Port St. Lucie Parks and Recreation Department is pleased to invite all interested vendors to take part in Freedomfest 2010, scheduled for Saturday, July 3, beginning at 2 p.m., at the Port St. Lucie Civic Center.
Spectators in Village Square will be treated to a variety of music, food and activities for all ages. Live entertainment will be performed by Solid Gold Music and local children’s groups. Village Square will be hopping with bounce houses, arts and crafts vendors, free face painting, caricature drawings, a balloon artist and more.
Inside the Civic Center, families will find a kid zone in the gymnasium, along with a sports carnival.
No Fourth of July celebration is complete without fireworks, and this will be no exception. At 9 p.m., as long as the weather cooperates, spectators will be dazzled by the area’s largest fireworks display lighting up the night sky.
A family-friendly celebration in Port St. Lucie for more than 20 years, Freedomfest will consist of a full day of food, fun and good old-fashioned Independence Day spirit for everyone. Vendors won’t want to miss out on the opportunity to be a part of this great event.
