The German American Club of the Treasure Coast invites one and all to Oktoberfest 2009, in its new location inside the Port St. Lucie Civic Center. Great food, great music, great beer and great fun will all be on hand for the 7th annual Oktoberfest, to be held Friday, Oct. 2 from 4 to 10 p.m. and Saturday, Oct. 3 from noon to 10 p.m.
This year, Oktoberfest will be held inside the beautiful Emerald Ballroom of the Port St. Lucie Civic Center, ensuring that the possibility of rain won’t dampen this lively festival. There is plenty of free parking at the Civic Center, with a multi-level garage that holds more than 700 vehicles.
For just $5 admission for adults (children 12 and under are admitted for free), guests will enjoy live music, many great craft vendors, traditional German dance, a parade of flags, free parking and more. German and American food and beer will also be available.
