Anna Preston and Dancers present “Dance for Food,” a contemporary dance concert at the Port St. Lucie Civic Center on Wednesday, Nov. 25 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. The only admission price is a non-perishable food donation to support the Treasure Coast Food Bank.
Anna Preston & Dancers are best known on the Treasure Coast for their mentoring work with teen artists. Community awareness prompted the company to present “Dance for Food,” as well as to perform in benefit concerts for Treasure Coast Wildlife Center and for the ARC of St Lucie County.
Three teen groups are performing one piece each in “Dance with Food.” They are: South Florida Dance Company Modern Class; Mo’s DanceWorks ODC (Obviously the Dance Company); and The Dance Academy of Stuart Lyrical Class.
