Code Enforcement Complaint Form

Please complete this form to report a code enforcement violation within the City of Port St. Lucie. This form will be emailed to the Code Enforcement Department and responded to in the order in which it was received. Please be advised that any information entered into the complaint form becomes a matter of public record, including your contact information.  Therefore, if you would like to make a complaint anonymously, please do not enter your name, address, phone number and e-mail address.  If you do provide your contact information you may be contacted by phone or email for additional information or to be advised of the results of the investigation.  Response time will vary according to the number of complaints currently on file, however most complaints are investigated within 10 working days.
