Council approves plan to use $183,000 in federal Recovery Act money

The Port St. Lucie City Council on Tuesday approved an amendment to last year’s Community Development Block Grant Action Plan, which details how the city plans to use federal money to improve local neighborhoods.
The amendment to the CDBG action plan details how the city intends to use $183,507 provided under the recent-passed Recovery Act.
Hardcopies of the CDBG Action Plan, the amendment and a related activity data spreadsheet can all be reviewed at City Hall, Room 221.
