Public Hearing of the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee Nov. 20

The City of Port St. Lucie Affordable Housing Advisory Committee is required to approve the local affordable housing incentive strategy recommendations by affirmative vote of a majority of the membership of the committee.  For this purpose, a public hearing will be held Thursday, Nov. 20 at 4:30 p.m. in City Hall, 121 S.W. Port St. Lucie Blvd., Building A, Room 366.

The Affordable Housing Advisory Committee is responsible for the review of established policies and procedures, ordinances, land development regulations and the adopted local government comprehensive plan.  The committee is also charged with recommending actions or initiatives that facilitate affordable housing while protecting the ability of the property to appreciate in value.  For further information on the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee and the public hearing, click here.
