Watch "Volunteer Program Saves PSL More Than $1 Million," a segment from this month's "Highlights" |
"Highlights" is a half-hour program on PSL-TV20 that showcases community life in Port St. Lucie. The show will air frequently during the month. This month, the show is hosted by Public Works Project Manager, Carmen Capezzuto who discusses the upcoming Hurricane Expo and storm preparedness.
This month's episode features a savings of more than $1 million realized thanks to the city-wide Volunteer Program. Nearly 300 dedicated volunteers assist in various areas throughout the city including Parks and Recreation and the Building Department.
