The 115,700-square foot Digital Domain video production building is now available for a new occupant, and a new Web page is available with details and photos of the facility. The Web page address is www.cityofpsl.com/digital.
Digital Domain is marketing the property through FTI Consulting, which will handle all inquiries and requests about the building. Contacts at FTI are Luke Schaeffer, (213) 452-6396, and Roger Scadron, (213) 452-6002.
In the heart of a new master-planned, mixed-use community and growing technology center, the two-story building includes extensive open-area floor plans, allowing for maximum flexibility and adaptability for multi-purpose uses.
With fiber optics and high-level security integrated throughout, the building features 22 independent audio/visual environments, a 138-seat main theater, two mini theaters, sound edit suites, a motion capture facility and a state-of-the-art computer data center.
The interior and exterior elements were designed by Gensler, the world-class architectural firm that also designed California campus and studio facilities for DreamWorks SKG, Sony and Lucasfilm Ltd.
Situated along Interstate 95, the building is within walking distance to housing, shopping, restaurants and gym facilities, and is a five-minute drive from PGA golf courses and the New York Mets spring training facility.
Port St. Lucie is on Florida’s east coast, halfway between Miami and Orlando. With a population of 167,000, it is Florida’s ninth largest city and consistently has the lowest crime rate in the state. The city’s attractive environment and top-rated park system stand out in southeast Florida, and its growing arts and performance community, unspoiled river and top-rated golf courses are among the key reasons for the city’s growth in recent years.
As a new hub for high-tech industries such as biotech research, the city offers diverse economic opportunities, clear guidelines for prosperous and sustainable growth, and state-of-the-art infrastructure ready to support development and investment.
