The latest edition of the city’s radio program, Positively Port St. Lucie, will air on WPSL and WSTU on Saturday, Aug. 22 and Sunday, Aug. 23. The Saturday broadcast is at 12 p.m. on WPSL 1590 AM. The Sunday broadcast is on WSTU 1450 AM at 7:00 a.m.
The show features guest Jeff Furst, St. Lucie County Property Appraiser, who will give a comprehensive explanation of what residents are seeing on their TRIM notices.
Mr. Furst is followed by City Councilman Christopher Cooper, who will talk about the upcoming Oktoberfest event at the Civic Center, as well as the progress being made on the city’s Botanical Gardens.
Finally, the program will include a segment explaining some of the features residents can find on the city’s ever-evolving Web site, which offers more tools and resources than ever to stay informed about public events and city government.
WPSL 1590 AM and WSTU 1440 AM air Positively Port St. Lucie as part of their Official Access series, which features government officials from various local agencies every week.
