Yes. All Business Tax Receipts expire on September 30; renewal notices are mailed out July 1.
How do I know if I need a City of Port St. Lucie business tax receipt?
Any person who maintains a permanent business location or branch office, within the City, for the purpose of engaging in or managing any business within its jurisdiction is required to register with the Business Tax Division.
