In accordance with Chapter 185, Florida Statutes, the Board of Trustees is vested with the sole and exclusive responsibility of administering the day-to-day operational control of the City of Port St. Lucie Municipal Police Officers’ Retirement Trust Fund. The Municipal Police Officers & Firefighters’ Retirement Trust Fund Office, housed within the Division of Retirement, is the state entity responsible for the administrative oversight of this local defined-benefit retirement plan.
