The Keep Port St. Lucie Beautiful Committee meets at 3 p.m. on the first Wednesday of each month at City Hall. These meetings are open to the public. Check the city's public meetings calendar for location and to confirm date and time.

The KPSLB Committee plans various public events to build environmental awareness and encourage volunteer efforts for litter pick-up, landscape beautification, and the proper disposal of household chemicals. These events are listed here in chronological order.

Give-a-Tree, Spread-the-Shade Tree Giveaway

The City will give away an assorted variety of trees that are native to Florida. The KPSLB Committee hopes to protect native plants for future generations and encourage public awareness about the need to maintain Port St. Lucie’s natural beauty. Trees are given away on a first-come, first-served basis to Port St. Lucie residents. Please bring proof of residence.

This event makes it easy for residents to get rid of their unwanted household chemicals and hazardous waste by providing a convenient place and time where the materials can be handed over to experts, free of charge, for proper disposal.

Adopt-a-Street Volunteer Appreciation Barbecue

Keep Port St. Lucie Beautiful would like to thank all of the Adopt-a-Street members for their hard work and dedication at this appreciation barbecue. There will be raffles and prizes. This event is

Awards ceremony will be at 12:15 p.m.

Appreciation Night at First Data Field

Fans who bring two nonperishable food items will receive a free ticket to the St. Lucie Mets game that night. Keep Port St. Lucie Beautiful will have
a booth at the front of the stadium and partner with the Treasure Coast Food Bank for the donations.

Annual Cleanup Day

Volunteers will register for the event at the Public Works Department, enjoy a free breakfast, and then be transported by bus to several
locations throughout the city that are most in need of cleanup. After the cleanup, buses will bring volunteers back for free lunch, raffles and lots
of fun for the whole family.
