Keep Port St. Lucie Beautiful and Waste Pro Team Up on Trash

KPSLB will be placing garbage containers at approximately 35 areas in the city where newspapers are sold from vending machines. This initiative is an effort by KPSLB to keep newsstand areas free of litter. Waste Pro, the city's trash hauler, has agreed to make regular stops at these sites to keep the cans emptied.

KPSLB is also helping to control litter through its volunteer Adopt-A-Street program and by funding of two full-time contract city employees dedicated to picking up litter.
