the Access PSL app
Residents of Port St. Lucie can now report concerns relating to city services or conditions through their mobile devices using the new AccessPSL smartphone application. Issues such as litter, water leaks, vandalism and more can be reported in a few simple steps.
Users will give the location and type of concern, plus they have the option of uploading a picture or video with their request for service.
Once the concern has been reported, the user will receive updates on the status of the request, as well as maps showing the locations of other reports filed.
AccessPSL is a free application available for download in the Apple App Store for Apple devices and Google Play Store for Android. Windows users will be able to download the app from the Windows Store in the coming weeks.
The APP works only on cell phones and mobile devices, not on desktop computers. However, reports can be made from desktop computers through the map image below that connects to AccessPSL.
To show what has been reported, the app’s creator, CitySourced, has a website listing all current reports. This makes it easy for anyone to check on the status of reported issues, to see any photo or video associated with the incident, and to view a map showing locations of the reports.
The City of Port St. Lucie is committed to providing its residents with exceptional services that are responsive to the community. We hope residents will take advantage of this opportunity to help maintain the safety and beauty of Port St. Lucie.
