Parks and Recreation Department offers Cooking Classes
Join executive Chefs Folker and Jayne Raynolds and the City of Port St. Lucie Parks and Recreation Department for a regular culinary workout in an informative cooking classes starting in early April.
You will learn an array of old and new cooking techniques including essential knowledge for understanding culinary preparation, the science of food, regional cuisines and much more!
Each class will meet for a two-hour session. The class is offered on four separate nights starting at 6:30 p.m. The cost is $36 per person, per class.
The classes will be held on Thursday evenings. The four nights the class is offered are April 3, 10, 17 and 24.
Early registration is recommended because class size is limited to 12 people.
