It’s not too late to sign up for the popular Jaguar Holiday Baseball Camp. Youth ages six to 18 will learn important skills from Port St. Lucie High School baseball coaches and former Jaguar baseball players who are currently playing college or professional baseball. The camp will provide those who attend with the basic fundamentals of hitting, pitching, infield and outfield play and base running.
The camp will take place Dec. 29, 30 and 31 from 8 a.m. to noon at the Port St. Lucie High School baseball field. Cost for the camp is $45. Those interested can pre-register at the Minsky Gym, 750 S.W. Darwin Blvd.; the Port St. Lucie Community Center, 2195 S.E. Airoso Blvd.; or the Port St. Lucie Civic Center, 9221 S.E. Civic Center Place (on the southeast corner of U.S. 1 and Walton Road). Registrations will also be accepted on each day of the camp.
