Planning and Zoning Design Standards Workshop set

The City of Port St. Lucie’s Planning and Zoning Board has announced the scheduling of a Design Standards workshop, to be held immediately following the board’s regular meeting set for Tuesday, Jan. 6 at 1:30 p.m. The meeting and workshop will take place in City Council Chambers, 121 S.W. Port St. Lucie Blvd., Building A.
The Planning and Zoning Department is recommending changes to city-wide design standards to improve and expand architectural design options and color options, and to expand the promotion of “green” building practices.
The workshop will allow those in attendance to see first-hand the changes to existing design standards proposed by staff, and both the public and development community are encouraged to attend and offer comment at the workshop.
