Help police identify suspect seen committing lewd acts in front of an elderly victim

The suspect, who robbed the store on Sunday, Aug. 31, was described as a black male in his early 20s, wearing blue socks over his hands, black ball cap, black t-shirt with white lettering, black shorts and a blue bandana covering the lower portion of his face. Read more
