Please complete this form to request a Close House Watch. This service is provided to Port St Lucie residents during an extended absence from their residence (vacation etc). Please fill in the required boxes with all pertinent information applicable. This will assist us in monitoring your property for suspicious activity. It is also requested that you contact us upon your return home. You will be contacted by phone or email if additional information is required.
