Please complete this form to report a street, drainage or other Public Works related problems within the City of Port St. Lucie. This form will be e-mailed to the Public Works Department and responded to in the order that it is received. You will be contacted by phone or e-mail if additional information is required. Response time will vary according to the number of complaints currently on file. Most complaints are investigated within 48 hours.
