Welcome to the City of Port St. Lucie 2nd Annual Hurricane Preparedness Expo. Saturday, May 24th will be an exciting day and I wanted to take this time to list a few things you will need to know for the event.
1) Location will be at the Community Center 2195 SE Airoso Blvd. Port St. Lucie, Florida 34984. (Across from City Hall).
2) Set up time for all Sponsors and Vendors will start on Saturday, May 24th at 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM. (If you are an out of town company set up can be done on Friday, May 23 after 7:00 PM however prior approval is needed for Friday)
3) We ask that you unload at the Community Center then park your vehicle across the street at City Hall. This will free up parking spaces for the public.
4) Electrical hookups are limited and need to be paid for in advance prior to reserving. Sorry for any inconvenience.
5) All Sponsor and Vendor tables will be marked with a number and your Companies name.
6) There will be breakfast and lunch items sold at the event for your convenience.
7) Cleanup will begin promptly on Saturday, May 24th at 5:00 PM. (Removal of your trash items is your responsibility; trash bins are located in back of the Community Center).
