Completion and turnover

The turnover process is historically the most troublesome part of most projects. All of the items required need to be in the format required. Original signatures are usually required. Copies of original documents, incomplete submittals, disclaimer, etc. will not be accepted.

Please start this process early and review draft documents with PSLUSD staff. This will make the required in-person, scheduled delivery of the turnover package go much more smoothly.

Complete review of the turnover package by staff will take up to seven (7) calendar days.
