The Engineer of Record (EOR) is responsible for directing the contractor in the course of the work to be owned and maintained by PSLUSD. Temporary water usage will be billed to the permittee according to City Code.

Inspection Package (all forms)

Final inspection request package

The PSLUSD will schedule the Final Inspection for seven (7) calendar days after receipt of a complete Final Inspection Request Package. This package should be reviewed with PSLUSD staff at a scheduled meeting to ensure that the package is complete. The meeting is not to address whether the individual items in the package are satisfactory, only that all required items are in the package. The package will be reviewed in the seven (7) calendar days prior to the Final Inspection. A passing Final Inspection requires that the entire package and the field inspection BOTH have no deficiencies.
