Consumer Confidence Reports

As required by the Federal Environmental Protection Agency's 1996 Safe Drinking Water Act Amendments, the Utility Systems Department provides customers with an annual water-quality report. The report provides customers with information on the source of their water and the processes used to treat it to ensure it meets drinking water standards.

The report also outlines the results of water quality tests and explains what those test results mean to the consumer. In addition, information is provided to educate customers on the importance of controlling cross connections and valuable water conservation tips that can help customers save money on their monthly bills.
