Utilities Customers can now Pay Water and Sewer Bills with Credit Card at City Hall
Customers of the city’s water and wastewater utility can now use credit cards to pay their bills at the Customer Service office located in City Hall. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards will all be accepted.
This new service only applies to monthly bill payments and to customer deposits for locations where service has already been established.
Credit Card payments received in the Customer Service office after 2 p.m. will not be posted to the customer's account until the next business day. This same policy continues to apply to payments made by cash or check after 2 p.m.
Existing customers can still pay their bills on line with credit cards at www.cityofpsl.com.
Credit card payments will not be accepted for new service application fees related to properties that are converting from private wells or septic systems and credit card payments will not be accepted for new construction application fees.
For more information about paying city water and/or wastewater utility bills by credit card, please visit the Customer Service office at City Hall or call (772) 871-5330.
