Your Input is Needed to Help Plan Tradition Regional Park

Post Date:06/29/2020 4:23 PM

What: Lucido & Associates, a land planning and landscape architectural firm, and Mattamy Homes invites residents to a neighborhood meeting to help plan Tradition Regional Park located just west of the current Tradition Parkway terminus.

When: To follow social distancing guidelines, there will be two meetings, 4-5 p.m. and 5-6 p.m. on Tuesday, July 7, at Tradition Town Hall, 10799 SW Civic Ln, Port St. Lucie, FL 34987.

Where: If you would like to participate via Zoom, register in advance for:

4-5 p.m.: https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZAkd-Copj8rGNDBrDLyyQGxXu0baUTv1gQE

5-6 p.m.: https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZckd-upqj8uHNJpZ6RbwfsGublMgK1k-x4q

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

Why: Mattamy Homes would like input as to what uses, events and facilities would best serve the residents of Tradition and the neighborhoods of greater Port St. Lucie.

Tradition Regional Park consistently has been envisioned as an active regional park consisting primarily of baseball, softball, soccer and multi-purpose sports fields along with other more regional-type uses such as a possible water park, Bark Park, food truck/art event space, disc golf and an adventure playground.

In addition to these very active uses, attention will be placed on less-active uses such as nature trails, observation areas, canoe/kayak launch, and complimentary experiences which provide enjoyment and opportunities for all.
