The Port St. Lucie Civic Center is ready to help make your event the best that it can be! Whether your event is for 5 persons or 1500, for six hours or several days, you will receive full attention and dedication from your personal Event Specialist. Your Event Specialist understands that each event is unique. He or she will direct your attention to all details pertinent to your event to ensure perfection.
The venue offers rental space for a wide variety of events. Both of the well-appointed ballrooms can become five smaller rooms by moving acoustical walls. This flexibility ensures that each room will be perfectly sized for your event. Beyond the elegant ballrooms, the Art Gallery and Lobby offer additional sophisticated pre-function space. Outside, the boardwalks and Village Square accommodate events embracing the beautiful Florida climate.
Tables and chairs, set up and break down, free parking and wi-fi, are included in all event rentals. Event accessories, such as table linens, chandeliers, catering, audio-visual equipment, stage, pipe and drape and dance floors are offered a-la-carte and in packages so that you may pay for only what you require.
The Port St. Lucie Civic Center is designed to offer General Session Meeting Rooms, set up Banquet Style for up to 450 people, with 8 proximate break out rooms. The elegant Lobby and/or Art Gallery serves as pre-function space offering vendor exhibition and event registration areas.
A small meeting "Bronze Package" begins at $187.50. This package serves 26 people in a U-Shape layout or 70 people Theater Style. Adding a small sound system, small projector, 7' screen, podium and mic costs $168.75. All the work is done for you, you are able to focus on the content of your meeting.
The Civic Center's largest space, the Emerald Ballroom can seat up to 1,500 persons theater style. The adjacent Ruby Ballroom can seat up to 600 persons theater style.

You may elect to use the Civic Center's onsite Food and Beverage Service Provider, South Florida Carefree Catering.
