The St. Lucie Public Schools Child Nutrition Services Department will continue to serve free meals at the following school sites to children from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, June 9, 2020 - July 31, 2020.

Rain from Tropical Storm Cristobal has forced officials to reschedule COVID-19 testing at Clover Park for the rest of this week. This free drive-thru testing event will resume Monday, June 8 through Wednesday, June 10 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., weather permitting.

She loves it so much, in fact, she decided to explore – on two wheels -- each of the City’s 46 parks. Kingsley, a retired English and reading teacher, created a bike route, the PSL Park Challenge, and she’s hoping it encourages other residents to visit Port St. Lucie’s parks, too.

Roughly 300 people received COVID-19 tests on the first day of a weeklong testing site at Clover Park yesterday. There are plenty of test kits available for anyone that wishes to be tested for the Coronavirus at this mass drive-thru testing site, which runs from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. daily until June 5.

CareerSource Research Coast (CSRC) today announced plans to reopen all Indian River, Martin and St. Lucie County career centers by appointment only on June 1. New safety measures take effect upon reopening to protect visitors and staff.

The St. Lucie County Aquarium, featuring the Smithsonian Marine Ecosystems Exhibit, and the Regional History Center will reopen to the public by appointment only starting Wednesday, June 3 with precautions to protect the public and staff from the spread of COVID-19.

Starting Monday, June 1, 2020, the City of Port St. Lucie is removing the barriers to the 20 playgrounds located inside City parks. The City understands that recreation is a good way to relieve stress, get some fresh air and vitamin D, stay active, and safely connect with others.

COVID-19 testing will take place at Clover Park from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. June 1 - 5. Testing will take place weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather, testing will be rescheduled.
