The City of Port St. Lucie is committed to enhancing the vitality of our commercial areas. The Commercial Façade Improvement Grant Program will support local businesses in revitalizing their storefronts and creating a more welcoming and inviting atmosphere for customers. Funding is provided through a federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).

By improving the visual appeal of our commercial areas, we can:

  • Boost economic activity: Attract more customers, increase foot traffic and stimulate local spending.
  • Enhance property values: Improve the overall aesthetic of the area, leading to increased property values for businesses and nearby residents.
  • Create a stronger sense of community: Foster a more vibrant and engaging experience for everyone.
  • Promote local businesses: Support the growth and success of local entrepreneurs.
