Minsky Gym offers space rentals for users 18 and older. Requests must be submitted at least 15 days before the rental date unless approved by the Parks & Recreation Director. Reservations are first‑come, first‑served and depend on availability.
Weekend Rentals (Friday–Sunday): Weekend reservations require a four‑hour minimum and may include additional staffing fees. Rentals can be scheduled until midnight.
Fees & Payments: A 50% deposit is due when your reservation is confirmed, with the remaining balance due 10 days before the rental. Unpaid balances may result in cancellation with no refund. Rental fees follow one of two hourly rate schedules determined by the Parks & Recreation Director.
Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is due 10 days before the rental. If no damage occurs, the City will issue a refund check within approximately three weeks. Damage costs may exceed the deposit, and the City may pursue recovery if necessary.
