Stars & Stripes Park Grand Opening

The opening of Stars and Stripes Park marks the latest collaboration between Mattamy Homes and the City to expand parks and public gathering spaces for Port St. Lucie’s growing population.

You are cordially invited to the grand opening of Stars & Stripes Park on Thursday, June 4 from 6-9 p.m.

Stars & Stripes Park is a new 26.5-acre public park honoring our nation's heroes. This family-friendly, patriotic-themed space features:

• Towering stars and solar system sculptures.
• Celestial Space, a layout inspired by the solar system, showing how the orbits of Mercury, Venus, Earth and Mars remain close to the center.
• Inspirational messages from veterans and first responders.

Schedule:

• 6 p.m.: Ribbon cutting
• 7 p.m.: Interactive activities throughout the park's "Celestial Space".

Parking at the park is limited:
Shuttle service will begin at 5 p.m. and will continue throughout the event. The final shuttle will depart at 9:15 p.m.
