The Grove Groundbreaking Ceremony

What: Located along the scenic North Fork of the St. Lucie River, The Grove will showcase multiple unique dining venues, offering everything from full-service dining and casual bites to curated bar experiences. SuDā Investments, the Atlas Restaurant Group and the City of Port St. Lucie will join community leaders and residents to celebrate the beginning of construction at a groundbreaking ceremony.

Why: In January 2023, City Council approved a long-term lease agreement to bring this riverfront restaurant concept to life in The Port District. Led by SūDā, The Grove is envisioned to be a place for reconnection — between people and place, nature and nourishment, community and creativity. At the Community Redevelopment Agency meeting on June 23, representatives from SūDā, the developer of the riverfront dining component, announced a partnership with the nationally acclaimed hospitality company Atlas Restaurant Group. Atlas, which operates more than 50 dining concepts across Maryland, Delaware, Texas, Pennsylvania and Florida, will provide operational support for the venues.
