Public Building Impact Fees Workshops

The City is hosting a workshop to gather input on public building impact fees for new development and redevelopment. These fees are one-time charges imposed on new development and redevelopment to help fund the construction or expansion of public facilities like schools, parks and libraries, which are needed to serve new residents.

These fees ensure new development contributes its fair share to the cost of infrastructure and services needed to support the increased population.

This workshop welcomes input from residents, businesses, developers, and other stakeholders.
