Biography

Anthony Bonna was born in Mineola, New York and moved to Port St. Lucie with his family in December of 1990.

Growing up in our community, Anthony played little league at Whispering Pines and Lyngate parks, earned his Eagle Scout rank with Boy Scout Troop 445, and attended our local public schools, including Windmill Point Elementary, St. Lucie West Middle, and St. Lucie West Centennial High. A former “little brother” in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program, Anthony strongly believes in the power of mentoring and attributes much of his success to his mentor Allen. As a student, Anthony earned many scholarships through the St. Lucie County Education Foundation, including the Young Floridian Award, helping make possible his dream of earning a finance degree from Georgetown University, which he achieved in 2009.
