What:  Start the new year by attending the Before You Sign the Lease Workshop. This workshop is essential for business owners looking to launch their business or plan to buy, build, lease, or expand their organization. This free lunch and learn workshop will provide valuable insights to make the process go smoothly.

The workshop will help business owners learn integral parts of developing their business plans and gain a better understanding of government regulations, occupancy and zoning requirements, Florida building codes, and the business tax and approval processes.

Participants will have a chance to win a free membership with the St. Lucie County Chamber of Commerceand 50 free business cards. Valued at $395.00, the Chamber’s basic level membership offers a year of valuable benefits such as networking, marketing opportunities and much more at no extra cost to the business.

Lunch will be provided at no charge.

When: Tuesday, Jan. 23, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Pre-registration is required for attendees. Space is limited.
