What: The City of Port St. Lucie will host two public workshops to provide an overview of the recent study to update the City’s Mobility Plan and fees. The workshops will allow the public to review the extraordinary circumstances involved and provide input.

Mobility fees are assessed to new construction and changes of use to help cover costs associated with the increased demand for public services and infrastructure from development.

Mobility fees fund the City’s Mobility Plan, which focuses on expanding and improving roads and intersections, while also providing improvements for sidewalks, crosswalks and trails. Mobility fees can be revised every four years.
