Celebrate cultures from across the globe with International Fest

Enjoy a global experience at the Port St. Lucie International Fest. Take a trip around the world without leaving the City and try a variety of international cuisine, drinks and cultural experiences. Join us Saturday, Nov. 23 from noon to 9 p.m. at MIDFLORIDA Event Center, 9221 SE Event Center Place.
International Fest is a cultural extravaganza that showcases the diverse music, food and traditions of people from around the world. It will be a day of dancing, ethnic cuisine and unforgettable entertainment – topped off by classic Latin music from Tito Puente, Jr., who is continuing his father's musical legacy. Admission to the festival is free.
The festival promises a lively atmosphere with performances every 20 minutes and unique activities and experiences at every country-themed station. Attendees can also enjoy specialized food and drinks. Featured performances include Mariachi Veracruz, Jamaican Steel Drums, Black Thorne Pipe Band, Lee Koon Hung Kung Fu, Japanese Taiko Drumming and Flute, and many more.
In addition to music there will be exhibits, vendors, giveaways and specialty food vendors offering delicious dishes from around the world. Stop by the global marketplace in the plaza area and immerse yourself in the Arts & Ideas exhibit inside the MIDFLORIDA Event Center lobby between noon and 7 p.m. Become an Arts & Ideas insider by participating at our interactive booths, where you can share your feedback on arts, culture and diversity, view international fashion displays and admire an impressive art exhibition. Want to showcase a traditional cultural garment at the Arts & Ideas fashion exhibit? Submit your interest to be part of this vibrant celebration of heritage and style!
Learn different languages in the language lab workshop from 2-5 p.m. Put your dancing shoes on and learn dances from around the world in the global grooves dance workshop from 4-6 p.m.
Be sure to visit all the interactive booths for a chance to receive a free water bottle while supplies last. Remember to capture a fun memory at the free photo booth!
