Call for Vendors: Employee Health Fair 2025

The City of Port St. Lucie’s Employee Health Fair is 7:30 a.m. to noon Wednesday, Aug. 13, and you're invited to participate as a vendor!

Vendor participation is subject to approval by the City. Vendor selection will be based on relevance to the theme of the fair, the City’s goal of achieving a diverse mix of vendors and receipt of the vendor's registration and certificate of insurance.

The City will provide a table and chairs for all vendors. Please feel free to bring a table covering, brochures, informational literature and/or other materials for giveaways.

Vendor Registration

• The deadline to register is Monday, June 16 using the application form below.
• Vendors will be notified of their pre-approval and the event location by June 30.
• Vendor documentation, including a certificate of insurance, will be required for approved vendors to submit by July 21.
