Lucie, the tortoise mascot of Pioneer Park, needs help bringing winter and the holidays to Port St. Lucie!

Lucie’s Winter Quest is a fun and interactive scavenger hunt designed for families and children of all ages. It takes place Friday, Dec. 13 through Tuesday, Dec. 17 at Pioneer Park, located at 2454 SE Westmoreland Blvd., Port St. Lucie.

Participants will embark on an adventure to find festive items around the playground during park hours from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., while solving rhymes and riddles that incorporate fitness exercises and counting.

The scavenger hunt can be done solo or as a group and is appropriate for families and children of all ages. A list of items to find and clues can be found on the City’s website.

Participants will take a picture of each item and submit their photos online once they have completed the scavenger hunt. Photos must be submitted by Tuesday, Dec. 17 at 9 p.m.

Once the scavenger hunters send in their photos, they will be entered into a drawing to win a gift basket filled with holiday treats and festive goodies. The drawing will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 18 and four winners will be selected.
